"This condo was perfect for 2 family's (4 adults, 4 teenage kids) Thanksgiving vacation! The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the living room/kitchen area is huge! Well furnished and modern. Comfort of beds was average. Nice to have a storage area with beach chairs available for use. Beach is just a short walk and the proximity to downtown is great. "

"This house was amazing. It is a split rental with a downstairs separate from the upstairs, but we were one big family and occupied both spaces. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was quick. The beach access is five houses down. We took the chairs that are available at the house to the beach. Both units have their own washer and dryer and full kitchen. We’re looking to stay here again next year.."

"We loved our stay on Amelia island!! We celebrated my mothers 80th birthday and it was perfect!! The home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a wonderful view of the golf course and just a short walk to the beach!! Communication from the owners during our stay checking on us was also great! We plan to visit again soon and would highly recommend this beautiful home! Thank you, The O’Brien family"

"Property worked well for family christmas. First floor patio provides overflow space and still had a view of the surf. Well stocked kitchen. Would stay again."

"The house was clean and well kept, the bathroom was a little cramped, but workable. The house is right next to train tracks and several trains went by each day. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you plan to sleep during the day it may be annoying. I'd definitely go back."

"Located inside Omni Resort property, nice neighborhood. Super easy access to beach. Nice clean beach with minimal beach traffic. Negative is its just a hotel room with no coffee maker or kitchen utensils/ silverware ( which was listed in the listing). Propert ground floor and ice machine area were very dirty. Prefer to stay in proper resort room instead of this villa."

"Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."
