"This is a great hotel, very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. We enjoyed their touch of coffee and water available and some gluhwein occasionally. Only complaint was our room description- 1 bedroom suite in every other hotel we’ve stayed in has meant a separate room for sleeping and this is what we expected as we were travelling with 2 older teen boys. In fact, it was just a single room. The only difference being a sleeper couch at the end of the bed for the boys. So, all a bit...

"Excellent room, lovely, polite staff. Easy walking distance for Christmas markets and Cathedral. "

"Overall great stay, however very outdated and the shower was very small. However, for the price what you receive is appropriate. It is a fantastic location! "

The spa was confusing not knowing how to get around it from our room and we were not told we could access the breakfast restaurant through the sauna area and walked completely around the block, in the cold, to eat breakfast. "
