"Stayed with my family for 1 night, or first time in the area and we were pleasantly surprised with the area and the hotel. Staff were great, i even got a call from the concierge helping me find tickets to an event in the area. Hotel was clean, pool and gym facilities were great. Would stay here again. "

"The internet was fast and reliable, and the room was fresh and clean. The staff’s attentiveness made it a truly pleasant experience."

"My room needed some updating. The thermastat, although workable, did not show the temperature in the room. The TV ok button did not work so I could not watch TV, could not get any chanel to come on. It took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come into the shower and even then the shower was not very hot. I thought the breakfast food was only fair so went out for breakfast the following day. The coffee was good however."

"This was an excellent stay. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast and coffee were far above other hotels. . I loved the renovated room with the pull outs and the shelf in the bathroom which facilitated my magnified mirror being used. No other hotel I have ever stayed at had this amenity. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. "

"When possible, we always choose this option when visiting family in Willow Grove. It's right off the highway, close to a walmart/sam's club, close to our family member's house and it's always been a great experience!"

"Everything is very clean. The breakfast area was not only clean, but the service was nice! The problem we had was the fire alarm in the hallway about five doors down started chirping five times every minute starting at about 6:30 AM. After we woke up due to the chirping, I went down to the front desk to see if they realized this. They did. While they apologized, the problem was not addressed until 8:20 AM when maintenance showed up. By that time, we were not going back to sleep. I...
