"Staff were great, area around hotel was filthy, location was great to get everywhere, room was clean and service very good, need to get internet and tv service upgraded to work all the time. I would highly recommend the hotel for safety, great staff and location! Rooms are small but price is very good and we spend travelling not in our rooms! , lrt to south area of city easy to use, so I trust this hotel and staff and thst is key for me when travelling, women will also be safe here! "

"We stayed here when we first arrived in Mumbai and enjoyed the property and staff so much, we booked again on our return after touring south India. They just did some facade renovations that came out great in a historic building. Rooms either have attached bathroom or shared hostel type and both settings were clean with hot water. A/C in both rooms was working great. Rooms were both clean for check in. There’s a nice balcony with tables overlooking a busy street to just take in daily life....

"One word. Terrible If you wanna spoil your day this is the place to stay as the manager and receptionist will make sure that by their rude attitude they do the same. Very dirty hotel with cockroaches roaming around, yellow stained washroom, unhygienic, mannerless staff, egoistic people and rude attitude. Dirts everywhere and stained bedsheets."

"CMT駅の目の前のホテルで非常にアクセスがよく、またレストランやフードストリートが近くとても過ごしやすかったです。窓のない部屋を予約したのでクラクションなどはあまり音がしなくてよかったのですが、ネズミが天井や壁で大運動会してました笑　お風呂のお湯もしっかり出て、とても清潔でした。スタッフさんも親切な方が多くありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。"
