"This is a very nice hotel on the Mumbai waterfront. I got a room on the 30th floor that had a wonderful outlook of the ocean and coast. Lovely. Calming. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed with nice touches like live plants (which seem very rare in hotel rooms). Although I did not get time to use it, the pool area is magnificent. The waterfront walkway is exceptionally popular with locals and there was a cricket match at the nearby stadium which amplified the intensity around the area. So, it is a bit of a destination for locals but there are not a lot of foods services. The closest seem to be on Veer Nariman Road which is about a 20 minute walk. I liked the Mockingbird cafe if you are looking for a beer and light meal but there are other options. Overall, the Trident is a really nice hotel and I would happily stay there again. "

"The stay was truly amazing. The staff were so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase. The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks. The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint. The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too."

"I booked the Trident hotel for my parents as they were travelling from Punjab to Mumbai for there US interview. The hotel staff was amazing. They let my parents do a early check in as there flight landed in the morning as per request. The staff was very kind and helping in all the ways. "

"This has always been my goto hotel in South Mumbai. Quiet, convenient, great service and pleasant rooms. The Niumad (sp?) at the Business Centre was extremely helpful with our need for shipping and packaging of stuff. Till next time. Albeit, some confusion as i has settled full bill the night before, early morning i was asked to settle for an additional breakfast which they had seemed to has an error in their system. I refuses to pay as all bills were settled. Their error. A bit surprising. "
