"Friendly staff. Big clean pool. Strong wi fi signal. Pleasant view over the lake. I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. "The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. "The staff are very polite and it was nice to observe that everyone was putting their efforts to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness was owsome and the maintenance of the property is excellent. Although, we are vegetarians and not expecting good food in a beach location but suprisingly, the food was satisfactory even for us. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay, will definately recommends for travellers looking for clean and cosy stay."

"Liked the fact its walkable to beach, food was good, very pricey for New Year's eve. Bathroom was out dated, the toilet cover kept falling off. Other than that its a good place to stay. I would suggest increase more entertainment and other activities. Had a good new years party. "

"We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping and food and beverage outlets. The complimentary tour was very informative and it is highly recommended if you have time to complete. A little inconvenience is the lobby is always crowded with visitors not staying at the hotel but overall a very good stay with the usual Taj excellence which makes this hotel great. "

Outstanding stay at the Oberoi Mumbai

"The stay was truly amazing. The staff were so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase. The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks. The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint. The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too."

"This has always been my goto hotel in South Mumbai. Quiet, convenient, great service and pleasant rooms. The Niumad (sp?) at the Business Centre was extremely helpful with our need for shipping and packaging of stuff. Till next time. Albeit, some confusion as i has settled full bill the night before, early morning i was asked to settle for an additional breakfast which they had seemed to has an error in their system. I refuses to pay as all bills were settled. Their error. A bit surprising. "
