"The hotel was fine. We only stayed one night, as an airport stay, after we landed, but we will stay there again on our way flying out of Costa Rica. Convenient, clean, good price, nice people, no problems."

"As advertised: a place to sleep and shower. No frills. Decently clean. Shuttle service was prompt and it took no more than 10 min to get to the sleepy at mid morning. The only disappointment was that the rooftop bar is closed on Mondays (which was the only night I was there). I was looking forward to cooling off in the breeze up there and having a drink. "

"Great little hostel! Family owned. Pickup for airport was 8-10 dollars. Bed was comfy. Share one bathroom with others. Provide breakfast daily eggs with rice and beans and banana slices. It was really good. Offer dinner for 7dollars which was also good. Theirs a nearby place to get food, a small market and bakery. Only thing was that as a solo traveler Randall offered private travels but was a bit expensive recommend doing the tours with Expedia for about the same price it includes a meal...

"This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed at the Frog house for three nights, two adults and two teens. The staff was super helpful both, before and during the trip. They kindly answered a ton of questions as I was preparing for the trip, helped book activities, organized transport from airport. "We had a late flight coming into San Jose so I chose this hotel and I did not disappoint. It was 30 minutes from the airport. The owner was amazing. He cooked us breakfast in the morning. The place is very beautiful. I would highly recommend for the price."
