"I really enjoyed my stay. The only complaint is that I couldn't get the room cold enough, which is more of a me problem. The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Out of my time there for the week I would say I came across 6 front desk employees and out of those 6 only 2 of them had great customer service. That would be my only complaint because your front desk are the first and last people that your guest come in contact with. "

"My stay was insane. Smoke detectors beeping all night and the fire alarm going off every hour. Would definitely not recommend anybody stay here.. the building needs maintenance and a deep cleaning for sure.. very upsetting to pay as much as I did for my room and early check in to have these problems.."
