"Hotel is located close to Haram not suitable for people with walking issue or with wheelchair, as the hotel is on steep hill. Hotel provides buggy but at prayer time it is very difficult. The hotel itself is very nice and clean"

"This was a gem of a hotel! It was our first time booking in Makkah and it was a fantastic location. It was right next to the clock tower to access and the internal lift made such a difference. The stay was so comfortable with shops in such close proximity. Would stay here again "

"No drinking water bottles in the room which is standard practice in other hotels in the area. Front desk people and staff was helpful. Beds are small and not very comfortable unless you sleep over the blankets. "
