"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

Ausserberg was very quiet with nothing going on in the evenings and no restaurants or anything. There was a small grocery spot but it was closed. But, it did have cool old buildings. "Nice place. Old equipment and furniture, but clean and charming. Slept well and enjoyed that the room was spacious and staff friendly."

Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."
