"In the morning, the water from the shower was cold. I had to wait until later each morning, for the water to be hot enough to take a shower. And too, the sink in the room did not drain properly. However, despite what others have said, I had no problems with the window, which sealed properly and kept out most noise. The staff were all fairly friendly. "Amazing hotel! Breakfast is continental and really nice - juices, jams, fresh baguettes, bread, croissants and pastries. Free coffee/water/tea/juice is always available which is a nice touch. The rooms are perfect for a few day get-away. Very clean rooms with no faults. All staff are so welcoming and friendly. Conveniently placed hotel - 5 minute walk to closest tube station Blanche and 15 minutes by tube maximum to Gare du Nord. Would happily stay here again. "
