"Super clean friendly and great location"

"Lovely stay from start to finish! We arrived before check in time and were provide with a lovely coffee while we waited. Our room was soon ready which itself was great. Bed very comfortable and no noise from other rooms or outside. Superb roof terrace with a fabulous view over Paris. A great location with metro stations nearby to take you into central Paris. Assisted us with booking a taxi for our return to the hotel. I would definitely stay again! "

"Clean room.The staff is very nice. Don't expect a North American hotel. Small room. No fridge. Even though I had a "do not disturb" and "eco" cards on the door, one of the days my room was still tidied up. There was a weird ventilation noise every few minutes, like moving heavy furniture. No soundproofing. You hear everyone up and down the stairs, flushing toilets, talking and coughing in the next room and banging the doors.People getting ready - you wake up with them because you hear...

"Comfortable room. The breakfast was very basic and not close to being worth the price paid. Communication could be improved. The front door to the hotel locks every evening. Unfortunately, this was not communicated beforehand, so I came back to the hotel at 11pm and was locked out. I kept buzzing and knocking, hoping to be let back in. Turns out the receptionist was on a break which would've been fine if there was some sort of communication in place. "
