They didnt have towels, and the front desk was horrible with bad service (there eere 2 dark haired men (one with short hair one with long hair), 1 woman, and french guy with short hair. Not dealbreakers, of course, but in a competitive market for hotel accommodation, Ibis should be providing these things.
