"We had a great stay at ibis Marseille Centre Gare Saint Charles! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about our scheduled train ride. While smoking is very common in Europe, it is good to keep in mind (especially if you or your young children are sensitive to the smell) that some cigarette smoke may come through your window from the café below - we didn’t mind too much ourselves. The best feature of the hotel is that it is steps away from Gare Saint-Charles station (major train station) which is extremely convenient if you have an early-morning train ride like we did! "

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par un personnel attentif et professionnel surtout monsieur adrian, un très gentil bonhomme La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, mettant en avant des produits frais et locaux. L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre ville , ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Marseille et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! "
