"Convenient location with Starbucks a supermarket and many restaurants nearby staff were helpful beds where clean with white bedding in general cleanliness was good bathrooms were new unfortunately showers on upper floors were unusable due to poor water pressure kitchen was not adequate very small with no seating and poor condition Building was generally run down with flaking paint plaster falling off ceiling electrics were scary extension chords bare wires and taped up damaged chords "

"On arrival the room thay had allocated was our of service. And had given us a room on the 3rd floor. The hotel has no lift. We both have mobility issues and the owner did not want to put us on the 3rd floor. She tried to arrange a sifferent hotel with a lift at no extra chargebut eas unable to locate one. They then moved 10 people from a 1st floor room to 3 other rooms at their expence so we vould have an easier time. Totally inexpexted amd fantastic outcome to a bad situation. Very impressed....

"Top floor room so shoebox in the sky lol but honestly didn’t mind it,definitely overpriced for the standard of room etc but you’re paying for the location,smack bang in the middle which is what I wanted. Only needed a bed to get the head down. I would only recommend staying here if you have been to Amsterdam before,have to say the receptionists were very helpful especially the female one I didn’t catch her name,really lovely lady "

"You get what you pay for, you can’t complain. 5 stars as it just a walk away from the main train station and it is right in the middle of Amsterdam city Centre. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there was no elevator for the building. Once I arrived my room was actually upgraded to a better room which was nice but at the very top floor. I’m fairly athletic so it was not much of a hassle for me."
