"I enjoyed my stay. I found the bathroom clean and the bed was quite comfortable. My only negatives are that it takes a long time to get hot water and it’s light pressure, and the common area floors could use a good wash. The host was easy and efficient to deal with online though. I really enjoyed the codes to get in/out so I could easily walk around neighbourhood and come and go like my own house. I was alone so it’s a perfect stay for solo travellers. If I was with a partner though it may not...

"i tried to rent a motel room in Fife Washington from Florida for my brother. The Proprietor said he could not take payment over the phone. He said I had to book online. He was not specific as to which service. I booked with expedia. Still tthe proprietor would not rent the room without the card being present to charge even after I filed the card with expedia. At first he said that he did not have anything from expedia. Then he said he had the reservation but needed the card. He left the premises...

You have a private bathroom but have to leave the room in order to access it. Building walls are paper thin as others mentioned, you hear every conversation, door code, door opening and closing of upstairs and downstairs and neighboring units. The room and space were very clean and comfortable otherwise....
