But this stay was different as there seem to be long term stayers, with many plastic bags with personal items by the empty lockers, no keys to many open lockers, another large plastic bag at the kitchen blocking the already small kitchnette area in the back with label from "Lumi"? note not disturb. The environment seemed much less welcoming for guests then other stays before, with loud talk and loud walking around late at...

"The staff were awesome. Really close to station, but was in a walkable area. The only negative is the capsule doors aren't very wide, but easy enough to deal with Another guest decided to do laundry at 1 am but thats not the properties fault. "

"Had a very good vacation for many days here. Anytime I had questions, they would respond kindly. I was very grateful for having control of my room temperature. I was able to stay cool during hot summer days. My only warning for future customers is to bring earplugs if noisey nights are an issue. Emergency vehicles are across the street and many motorcycles like to make extra noise as they drive by. But that is not the fault of the B&B. "This is a cute 60-year old Japanese house tucked away in a funky part of Yokohama filled with small bars (including my favorite jazz bar). The home has been remodeled in a way that keeps the charm of the old house, but has the conveniences of a modern international hotel (easy shower, Toto, speedy wifi). They also are great hosts and have a nice small lobby where people can hang out. The rate is very reasonable and personable compared with a capsule hotel. "
