We extended our stay an extra two days after arriving because it was a great spot for us to make day trips to Nara and Kyoto too! We'll come back. It was perfect for the father son trip we made around Japan."

"1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにダブルブッキングに合い、共有スペースでの滞在を余儀なくされた。ダブルブッキングと判明してからも従業員の対応はとても遅かった。何時間も待たされた挙げ句、返金額と支払い額が異なっていた。そして夜中にチェックインに来た外国人に起こされ、従業員は深夜不在のため、何故か私が対応。外国人に夜間連絡先へ電話してもらっても従業員が英語出来ないため、私が直接対応するはめになった。それなのに感謝も謝罪もなにもない。ふざけるな。こんなところ泊まらない方が良い。"

"Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in one of the private rooms, which were cosy, comfortable and clean. We loved the feel of the hostel, with pretty gardens and spaces to linger in, feeling like we'd stepped back in time. It was very quiet when we stayed with few other guests, although the restaurant filled up at dinner time (great food!). The Naramachi area nearby was fantastic to wander through and it was easy to get to the bus or just walk to some of the sights of Nara."
