"The hotel rooms were extremely small, similar to those in an IBIS hotel. We were sent to rooms in a different building, which was located among residential buildings and had actually been a residential building converted into a hotel. On all booking platforms, only the main hotel building is advertised, and nowhere is it mentioned that you might end up staying in a separate building far from the hotel. It was definitely not worth the money we paid. "

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"

"Property is about 15 min walk from Zurich HB. But just off the main road so easy to navigate, has shops close by and lots of trams go past so easy to travel round Zurich. The area was clean and safe. The staff were wonderful, the room was large with large bathrooms. And the breakfast was lovely! Would stay here again!!"
