"Great hotel with incredible service that makes it stand out (so sorry, I forgot many names of all the staff who made us feel so special). Right from arriving in taxi and being welcomed outside as a “VIP friend”, to reception who were so happy to see us, informed, the cool check-in on 41st floor with the brilliant Karim who helped us so much. "It was in a great location... near Mall and City Walk.... bus to the beach etc. I disnt receive an upgrade wished I had. But the staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and drinks reasonable.... pool was clean..wish it was adult only ia my only gripe I guess as it's in quiet an adult area. Would definitely recommend :)"
