"Problemi al check in per trovare la prenotazione. Tanta confusione perché il personale non è formato e da dire neppure gentile. Camera minuscola e con polvere sotto il letto. Spazi comuni usati come bivacco ed un episodio di cliente aggressivo nella hall. "

"Had a wonderful long weekend (3 night) stay here. It's a short, easy walk from the main tourist strip so simple to get around Florence by foot. It's also easy to get to from the airport with tram and bus to just a few blocks away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room (single room) was spacious with comfortable bed, good shower and all you need for a short break.
