"The property was nice, secure, and quiet. The grocery store at the end of the block was convenient for shopping. Getting an Uber did take some time to arrive at the location. But overall, it was a wonderful location."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean simple place in a small town suburb of Milan with easy access to public transport. Parking is on a second property about a block away that they have to show you where it's at. Only complaint is the wifi didn't work in the room and the water quality was sketchy. I wouldn't drink the water."

"Unfortunately, I did not get to see the inside as I was kept standing outside a locked gate whilst being told that they had not seen my booking on Expedia and that they had no rooms. I booked back in June, so how this had still not been seen by my arrival is absolute nonsense. No apologies or help to find an alternative hotel were offered. "Stay away from this place! Instead of getting the room we had booked and paid for, the hotel provided us with a different room at another location of theirs, a bedroom in a shared apartment at the top floor of a dingy-looking apartment building with no elevator. This other location was a few kilometers away from the actual hotel. There was no reception desk of any kind. The internet did not work. "Hotel stay was nice up til 7pm when a rock concert was held in the garden of the hotel. This went on til about 1am. We planned an early start to drive to Rome leaving at 6 am with little sleep as the other residents arrives back in rooms at around 4am. If we had known there was a band playing we would've looked elsewhere! "
