"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean simple place in a small town suburb of Milan with easy access to public transport. Parking is on a second property about a block away that they have to show you where it's at. Only complaint is the wifi didn't work in the room and the water quality was sketchy. I wouldn't drink the water."

"Unfortunately, I did not get to see the inside as I was kept standing outside a locked gate whilst being told that they had not seen my booking on Expedia and that they had no rooms. I booked back in June, so how this had still not been seen by my arrival is absolute nonsense. No apologies or help to find an alternative hotel were offered. "Hotel stay was nice up til 7pm when a rock concert was held in the garden of the hotel. This went on til about 1am. We planned an early start to drive to Rome leaving at 6 am with little sleep as the other residents arrives back in rooms at around 4am. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"
