"First up, hotel staff's english is almost non-existent.Nothing much else. The hotel's a bit old, leaky pipes/shower heads etc. Was put on ground floor, so I was worried someone's gonna climb through the window to steal things. It's not as close to Pudong airport as I initially thought. Taxi ride was RMB100! "

"The place is close (2-3 mins walk) to the shanghai metro station (Lancun road: line 4 & line 6). Regular grocery stores nearby. Mc Donalds also 2 mins. walk away. Good street food options nearby. Hotel front end staff are not so proficient in english. But they will try their best to understand. A translation app will really help. Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean.
