This is a brilliant find so close to the airport. No need to find the hotel shuttle bus or the expense of a taxi. Second floor near the Maglev station! Staff we very kind and efficient when we arrived at 7am Comfortable bed and lovely fresh linen. Toiletries very good. Will stay again when here!

Kettle, but no tea or coffee in the room. Literally the hardest bed Ive ever slept on. Security and reception staff coughing loudly and repetitively. I was able to get an early check in though so that was useful.

Extremely convenient and good value for those with a lengthy transit through PVG. Efficient check in, room was fine apart from a stale smoky smell that took about half a can of deodorant to mask!. The bed was comfortable and the linen fresh, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was fantastic. Would use again.

The major benefit of this hotel is its ideal location for both airport terminals. Extremely convenient. Good rooms; spacious and clean. Beds good (but hard mattress that might be too hard for some). Limited dining facilities but many possibilities just below hotel in airport terminal. No bar but shop selling food and drink including cold beers. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. No one very little English spoken (I know it’s in China, but it’s an international airport terminal hotel, and no available documents written in English or other languages). WiFi very variable access and no clear explanations as to how to connect or use.

Most pleasant stay
The room was spacious, clean n bright. We stayed the south wing which was renovated. The location was excellent for transit passengers as it was attached to bothT1 & T2 (in the middle) . There were several eateries in the airport & convenience stores as well for water & other snacks (Lawsons) The metro & maglev stations are just next to the hotel too. Would stay there again if I transit through Shanghai .
