"From check in to check out was a lovely stay."

"Definitely would stay again. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. I booked twin Urban room it was really nice room with balcony and side view on sea. My husband booked paronomastic sea room with amazing view the only thing is that room was musty as there is no balcony so not much fresh air get in. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Great place to stay ;) "

"シャワー室の設備、特に排水やバスタブ外へのシャワーの飛散防止といった事柄に注意が払われていないことが設備上、残念でした。 部屋の清掃や、ベットメイキングなどに関しては全く問題なく、快適な時間を過ごすことができました。 最終日のケアンズ市内の停電には少し焦りました。ちょうどエレベーターで部屋に向かっていたところで、30秒から1分ほどエレベーター内に夫婦で閉じ込められてしまったので。 ケアンズを再び訪れる機会があったらまた利用したいと思います｡"

"Excellent stay. Property is surrounded by mountains on end and enclosed with beautiful trees. Very calming and serene feel. There is an attached spa which is convenient. The pool is heated and easily accessible until 9 pm. The property opens up on the back end to the the beach."

"Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location, close to the CBD and Cairns Central. Tidy rooms...There can at times, be car parking issues, but it didn't affect me, as I just walked when I wanted to go into the city... A great value for money place to stay 👌 "

"Crystalbrook Flynn was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We paid for the Sea View and had a balcony overlooking the Reef Wheel and the big wide water. The room was lovely and clean with a beautiful design that had bespoke art that was a welcome change to the boring generic art in most hotel rooms. Breakfast buffet downstairs was great and I marvelled at how the same space changed into The Flynn Italian at night. Hotel is situated perfectly on the Esplanade, near tour pickups and other...
