"I cannot stress how much we absolutely loved this hotel. We had a small but comfortable room with a shared bathroom (there were 2 in the hall) and while I initially was anxious about that, not once did we ever feel like it was shared. The staff keeps the hotel and bathrooms INCREDIBLY clean; you don’t even get the feeling that there are others staying there. The location is also incredible - everything is within 15 mins walking. We will certainly be back!"

"This hotel is very well located, you have restaurants, stores and tourist attractions at walking distance. In addition, there is a taxi station right in front of the hotel (very important to go to the train/bus station). Last but not least, the staff was very kind. Highly recommended!"

"A little confusing at first to find the actual hotel in the building. You can't find a better location if you want to walk around Florence. Cab took me right to the door from the airport. I am an older female and was travelling on my own, but never felt unsafe."

"Location was great.. walkable distance to the city center and most tourist spots you could think of, the staff are incredible accommodating and even let me in the room early like 2 hours before check in time... my only issue was the internet. I worked well in the hallways but would disconnect about half an hour after I’m in the hotel rooms. Also the elevator though it works well, it is quite small.. so if you’re a big party.. it may take you several trips to get everyone up. Other than that...
