"Very friendly receptionist, Ruby welcomed us with a lot of information of activities, provided a map and gave us all the directions to the main attractions. We’ve got a free upgrade into an annex building around the corner, very nice, spacious and clean room. Quiet space. Walkable distance to all main interest points. I recommend this place and I would love to come back! Well done! Thanks. "

"I wasn’t sure how this was going to pan out when I found out there was no hotel front desk but I received communication and had someone there to greet us upon arrival and show us how to use the electronic door opening system, staff were friendly, communicated everything we needed well, the room was cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels provided, also we were Informed of local cafes/restaurants to use and had a number to message if we needed anything else. Was perfect for a short trip...

"Clean and very comfy beds. But property is dilapidated and in a state of repair. The breakfast is pretty basic and not worth paying for - there are tons of breakfast options within 4-5 minutes of the hotel."

"This hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. It was conveniently located far from all the tourism craziness but also close to all the attractions we were visiting. We easily ordered a taxi from this hotel to the Vatican/Colosseum/Steps/Fountain which was faster than walking. The manager was so hospitable and offered great dining suggestions. One of the restaurants around the corner was Al forno della soffitta which was our favorite meal of our entire trip."

"The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes."
