Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages...

"We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

"Staff at reception were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed for a few nights around my partners birthday and on her birthday we came back to the room to find some local vodka and glasses with a lovely message. The hotel is in a perfect location for the old town/main square and also for the pickup point for the excursions. We will be coming again in May! "
