"This place was probably awesome when it was built. The pool area is definitely a bit dated, but my kids loved it and thought it was the best. I like that the sauna is in the pool area. And the pool was surprisingly warm. Our room on the 14th floor was exactly as expected, the view was great. I don’t understand the big deal about the parking garage in a lot of the reviews. "My husband and I came for a two-night trip to celebrate our December anniversary. The room was far less expensive than the hotels at Canal Park, but we were still within walking distance of Canal Park and Bentleyville. The room was large and beautifully decorated (yellow is my favorite color!). We live in an old farmhouse, so we love buildings with character.
