"This hotel is in a great location, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. That being said, the building where's located is old and a little run down, the rooms are small, and a few things didn't quite work (bathroom door not closing). Is a very convenient hotel, but you do get what you pay for"

"Street location was very sketchy. Noisy! We saw rats on street on 2 occasions. Had to pay for elevator. We had luggage. Room /sheets were old & we were unsure of cleanliness."

"The hotel is in the heart of Naples near the best pizza restaurant, Trianon Del Ciro. The room is not fancy nor does it need to be. It has all that is needed for a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned daily, hotel staff are friendly, caring and helpful guides. We quite enjoyed the location and will likely return."
