"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. There are lockers to secure valuables and personal items on your floor. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a kitchen and I was able to cook a few meals which was a huge plus for me. The owner offers a shuttle bus during the morning hours to Gora Station, which is very helpful for getting to Hakone ropeway. "チェックインの男の方は無愛想で、何も教えてくれない。ベッドの場所を聞くと空いてるところどこでも良いですよと言ってくれた。でも、悪い人ではなさそう。 女子専用の場所に泊まったせいか、静かだし、まあまあ綺麗。チェックアウトが、14：30というのが良く、ゆっくりできた。泊まっている人は、ほぼ外人さん。シャワーの時にバスタオルがついているのが良い。あと、ドライヤーも。スリッパはないので、自分でスリッパを持参した方がよいと思った。 また、利用したい。"
