"I was charged a smoking fee off £140. However I do not smoke. I was very dissatisfied and will make sure to tell all my friends and family never to stay there again. This has not only caused me financial stress but has also caused me to be very upset as the staff are lying about a smoking fee and would not help me any further. "

"Airport hotel convenient for a layover. Shuttle (GBP 6) is only running once an hour, so I chose public transport, which is available, if you can walk your luggage and yourself the 300 or so yards on either bookend of the journey, manage the few steps, etc. For myself, no problem, but when I travel with my elderly mother, I will use a taxi instead. It is just a few miles from terminal 2 to the hotel. My room was quiet, which is amazing, given the location. Disappointing was that I had to pay GBP...

"Perfectly good hotel to stay in the night before a flight. Convenient for the bus to Heathrow just across the road. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom. The rooms are very tired looking but the price was good and we were only there to sleep so it wasn’t a problem. Reception staff were delightful. "
