"You pay for what you got. The staff are kind and are there 24h/24h. The room was great and the bathroom was there. The breakfast wasn’t really great, you dont have much choice. There were cereals but no milk. The hotel is located near subways. It’s okay for the price but it’s really not luxury. "

They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. "Hotel reminds me from the 90s,no elevator,old bed, every time you moved the metal frame created a noise,wooden walls, you can hear the alarm from the next room,wooden floors you can hear all the footsteps ,there are two peices of mattresses separated to each other, limited to 2 pillows, towels to be changed after 3days , no star rated for this hotel, overpriced for $150, no bfast, I recommend the hotel regio in Rome, it’s cheaper than Hotel Nettuno but you gonna experience the real hotel vibes,...
