"Hotel reminds me from the 90s,no elevator,old bed, every time you moved the metal frame created a noise,wooden walls, you can hear the alarm from the next room,wooden floors you can hear all the footsteps ,there are two peices of mattresses separated to each other, limited to 2 pillows, towels to be changed after 3days , no star rated for this hotel, overpriced for $150, no bfast, I recommend the hotel regio in Rome, it’s cheaper than Hotel Nettuno but you gonna experience the real hotel vibes,...

"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "

"I wouldn’t even know where to begin but I’ll condense it to 3 main points. 1) First of all, there are repair works all around the place so it was very hard to even spot where the entrance door was. This may be overlooked as a minor issue but it would’ve been courteous for them to let us know especially as I spoke to the reception staff a day before getting there.
