"Probably the most surprising hotel of the trip - extremely enjoyable. Maybe our largest room too. Unfortunately we had to navigate steps to get to the elevator which is ok unless you can navigate steps. Difficult if you have a lot of luggage or bad knees but doable. Not something that would make up not stay here but don't need a wheelchair either. Breakfast was very good and accommodating. Reasonable for the area. Very nice breakfast staff and very good front desk. Public transportation...

"Nice place. As my husband put it 'shabby/chic'. No street parking, so you have to use a garage about an 8 minute walk away. Breakfast was quite good. The only real issue I had was that I booked a double bed and we got 2 singles with a room so tiny, we couldn't move them together. Also, this place is really tough to find!! It is right next to the Birkenstock store, which is a much better landmark to look for."
