"It was a nice stay but the TV would not turn off and the remote did not allowed us to turn up or down the volume. We had to unplug it. I called guest services for a new remote and the young lady said she will bring one in 10 minutes but she never showed up. Also we didn't have shampoo in our restroom luckily we had brought our own.
