"This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. "There isn’t real address, had to find it by following a taxi cab. Front desk lady didn’t speak English and their card machine didn’t work, even tried several credit cards. At this point, I tried to cancel and front desk lady said no, that I had to pay, No bank available within a reasonable distance. There were prostitutes just outside the hotel. "
