"Very attentive and let us in to our room half an hour earlier. Room was very clean and spacious. Great quiet location outside the city centre with a 5 minute walk to a train station or a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. "

"Great little hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. The only issue is the old medieval road on which it sits. If you are driving, and leaving early, you have to open and close the courtyard gate and pray no one is speeding around the corner to wipe out your family sitting in the car on a curve while you are performing that task. The hotel has a very good restaurant attached to it, which makes it easy for travelers. They also have an airport bus/shuttle."

"Although the hotel's location was less than ideal, situated in what seemed to be an industrial estate, stepping into the lobby felt like entering an oasis of calm. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere inside was welcoming. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and pleasantly quiet, aside from some occasional door banging around 11:00 PM. The comfortable bedding and well-maintained amenities made for a relaxing stay. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was not overly busy, making for a pleasant dining experience. However, the menu options were somewhat limited. On my first night, I ordered a Thai yellow chicken dish, only to find the meat undercooked, with a bright pink centre. When I raised my concern with the waitress, she insisted this was normal, though I remained unconvinced. Erring on the side of caution, I sent the dish back, which was disappointing. Additionally, wine was only available by the glass, which I found restrictive, as I prefer to enjoy a bottle and top up myself over the course of my meal. The bar, while very quiet - I was the only patron - was a comfortable spot for a nightcap before heading to bed. One standout feature was the airport shuttle service, which was excellent and much appreciated. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it overall."

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for B&B hotels in other locations. "
