Outstanding breakfast included every morning. We also loved the location in the countryside just minutes from San Gimignano. Francesca and Luca were most hospitable! Highly recommend!"

"I cannot stress how much we absolutely loved this hotel. We had a small but comfortable room with a shared bathroom (there were 2 in the hall) and while I initially was anxious about that, not once did we ever feel like it was shared. The staff keeps the hotel and bathrooms INCREDIBLY clean; you don’t even get the feeling that there are others staying there. The location is also incredible - everything is within 15 mins walking. We will certainly be back!"

"This was the most shocking hotel experience we have ever had! After a long walk up several flights of rundown stairs, we were made to wait outside the hotel enterance until the owner turned up half an hour later. Once inside the check in process took a further 15 minutes where we were told we needed to make a cash payment for the room which we had already paid for by card. "Location was great.. walkable distance to the city center and most tourist spots you could think of, the staff are incredible accommodating and even let me in the room early like 2 hours before check in time... my only issue was the internet. I worked well in the hallways but would disconnect about half an hour after I’m in the hotel rooms. Also the elevator though it works well, it is quite small.. so if you’re a big party.. it may take you several trips to get everyone up. Other than that...
