"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "

"We stayed for two nights. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Giovani gave us a great welcome and notes on places to visit. The room was beautiful and the amenities plentiful. The view was great and the huge window was spectacular. The breakfast was so good with hot and cold options. The staff at breakfast was quick and efficient. No complaints whatsoever on service, room or location. Was a tad difficult to see from the road as there is no sign. But go through the big arched doorway and...
