"This place is a gem. The location and staff are amazing. The room is nice and with a private bathroom. In addition, the restaurant has AMAZING dishes and incredible wine. I would consider this restaurant at a Micheline Level. The location to drive around Tuscany is perfect and they provide bikes for riding around the area. In addition, it has a very nice pool, where you can relax under the Tuscan sun. "

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"This luxury property is located on a hill in the Tuscan countryside, accessible via a windind road so its not walkable or convenient to anything else. But the incredible views, scenery and indoor spa made up for that. Its the only 4/5 star hotel near San Gimigiano i could find and the front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good."
