"This was a good experience! We were welcomed by the owners son, who made us feel very welcome and made us 2 fresh cappuccinos on arrival. The view of the landscape from this location was breathtaking. The room was very pretty with exposed brickwork and arches. The amenities in the room were very much appreciated and useful - washing machine, a rack to dry clothing, hairdryer, TV, tea a coffee etc. The olive shower gel and hand wash smelt amazing! A nearby town was ideal with a lovely restaurant and cafe which was recommended by the owners son! Thank you. However, I did not like the bugs in the room. Apparently these are common due to the rural location. This was explained to us on arrival. Other than this - amazing stay! "

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Tuscany. What a beautiful place! We loved the quiet peacefulness and the house was perfect for 15 of us. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. The hosts Daniela & Danielle were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended! Thank you :)))"

"Was more than I could want"

"first of all the good: VIEW was as pictured . over the top amazing ! the apartment itself was cute and cozy and the location good. the hosts very nice people greeted us warmly . HOWEVER we felt the description was misleading at best. the owners need to be more clear about this place and say it is NOT private instead of saying it is. The pool is shared with another apartment and the owners so at least 4 and at times many more.. and we were surprised given the multiple times the listing said "private" given the small space we were all on top of each other . Even the little sunroom was used at times by the owners. they had a big dinner party one night, they used the pool all day and although they have a right to do that we felt the description didn't say that so we felt misled the apartment has NO AIR CONDITIONING and no screens on windows so with temperatures reaching 95 we were hot had to open windows no cross breeze and bugs everywhere . we ended up leaving early and going to florence . it was impossible to stay inside and as i mentioned before because everyone was on top of each other not comfortable to be outside or even have a private momentso you can't stay inside and you can't go outside . finally the WIFI only worked outside or intermittently in the living room. never reached the bedroom and they didn't seem bothered about it when i told them ... they told me to connect at the loggia . the price is good the view is amazing but we would never rent here again."
