"Great locations - close to Ave Paulista, shops and restaurants -- but not "on" the avenue so it's less noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is an older facility but they at least keep it up to date as much as they can. The swimming pool is actually more a hot/warm tub. "

Didn’t get to experience room service as first day I’ve stayed there i slept most of the time and second day for some reason they didn’t service the room after i left to explore the city but that’s fine as i really didn’t need the housekeeping. Amenities are dated and definitely require refresh. But I’d definitely stay there again "

"I didn't like that I could not access my family floor with my key. You must use your key to utilize the elevator but you can only go to your room floor. The toliet seat are horrible. The seat is thin and it hurts your thighs when sitting. Complimentary breakfast was Okay for the most part, but it offered the same hot options every day no variety Wifi worked well. King bed was comfortable. My housekeeper was really nice. Location was busy burger spot, bars, sports bars and shopping all...

"The property is extremely LGBTQ friendly, which I was not expecting, but definitely appreciated. Overall though, everything in terms of facilities and services was great. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent because is just few blocks away from Avenida Paulista and Bella Paulista bakery. The staff is just amazing, pleasant and impeccable service. Breakfast needs improvement with fresh bread, cheese bread and Minas cheese as an option to the existing cheese(provolone and cheddar) I definitely will stay here again! "

"This property is not a four-star hotel. It is closer to two stars maybe three. It was very safe and they were very kind at the front desk. But we did not have our room serviced once while we were there for three days. Overall, we stayed for the duration of our visit, but was very disappointed that the photos were very filtered and brightened. The hotel itself is much darker and felt very isolated. We may be saw three or four other guests the entire time we were there. "
