"Hotel was clean with ac/heater. Staff was helpful and restaurant had good options for meals. Location was a plus. Most areas were within walking distance. Felt safe with plenty of police around the zocalo. They had a Christmas market around the zocalo that will last until January 6"

"Our 9 day stay at Hotel Estrella De Belem was wonderful. The restored building was an amazing mix of old (walls) and new (bathroom). The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The reservation through Expedia was problem free and allowed us to see room availability and the reservation was without issue. The hotel site has pictures that are as pretty as the actual hotel."

"The place its really nice and comfortable, walking distance to whatever you want to go, the restaurants are exactly outsude the hotel, I preferred the restaurant called Sagrata, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. "

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The staff are great and rooms are large and comfortable with king size beds. The hotel is pet friendly, but wanted 950 pesos for our dog for a one night stay which was more than the cost of the room. We had the charge reduced, but if we had known before how much the cost would be, we would not have stayed there. Last time , a year ago, the charge was much less. "

"Was a great place to stay for the price!.. was a bit difficult to find if it weren’t for google maps, uber is always 2/3 mins away though which was a plus! A bit far from all the action in the center of the city which was the only downfall... parking readily available and doorman is present 24hours as long as you give them estimate time of arrival. "

"Needed last minute accommodation and this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Quinta Luna is incredible (stayed in Águila Real suite). The accommodations are very comfortable, roomy and spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely kind and gracious. The building hosts a beautiful library, courtyard and rooftop view of volcanoes. This is a bit of a splurge for Cholula but well worth it I promise. Many thanks to the wonderful employees here for a gorgeous two day stay! Gracias!"
