"I thought these were two adjoining apartments for all 9 of us to stay. I was expecting a kitchen we could share and a balcony. Not easily accessible from City Center; we took the 534 bus and then had to get a taxi the rest of the way, 90euros for 2 taxis. Our airport transfer was 120euros for 2 taxis. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful and worth the trip to Acireale! Also have those euros available for payment! Even tho I wasted my time calling and was absolutely told by...

Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... Ons werd verteld dat het appartement een privé opgang naar het strand zou hebben, dit bleek een van sloop hout gebouwde steiger met een trappetje de zee in, tussen rotsblokken van 3x3 meter. "Dark dingy accomodation in run down area of Catania. Toilet very poor. Staircase dangerous with broken steps. Entrance door hard to find, run down and not inviting. Stayed for 5 mins then left to find somewhere better. Photos on Hotel.com website are misleading. dont think should be on Hotels.com listings. Really, really disappointing. "

"This hotel was very nice - it was very clean, very modern decor. The amenities were very nice, the breakfast was excellent. It was close to the Mt Etna tour which we took. Small drawbacks were a lack of blankets in the room, and the staff did not speak a lot of English. That was fine, we worked it out, but it was noticeable. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were met by our two lovely hosts who explained everything to us about our b&b.They went above and beyond with the all the food fruit which we appreciated very much,thank you.The house was very clean/immaculate.They thought of absolutely everything.The bed was also so comfortable and had great sleeps.Everything within walking distance.Plenty of bars/restaurants Parking was very easy too.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this b&b.Thank you very much for a wonderful stay...
