Also some repairs are needed in the shared shower room, as the showerhead sprayed water up on the ceiling, causing a hole and potential water damage to the ceiling"

Pricing was decent for the convenience and downtown (centralised) location. Staff are helpful and accommodating. After new years it was a bit louder on the first floor.
