"Ive stayed here many times. This is a great property. However, this time, I was a bit frustrated with the airport shuttle. I waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle. Not only that, the shuttle was not marked "Holiday Inn" . So by the time I got my luggage from my flight, to my room, it was just over an hour. After a very long flight, long day, that is too much wait time to get to the hotel."

"We were so excited to get upgraded to a business suite during our one night stay before a flight. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and breakfast and both times were enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. Service was good. English was spoken by some. Potable water was available in several locations although none on the floors with the rooms which would’ve been nice."

"The hotel is situated in an historic home - unique and quirky. It’s very old, 5th oldest home in Quito, so don’t expect modern amenities. However, the staff were amazingly helpful and the rooms were very clean. It’s a bit loud as located right off a busy street. we were there during Carnival so lots of festivities. "

"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "
