"A lovely 4-night stay at this hotel. We didn’t have any problems with the key codes for the building and the room as they were sent through to us in advance. The room we had was large, comfortable and freshened up daily. The location is great - close to the train station and near lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes. "Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. We are English speakers but they have nothing in French, German etc. Other than that it's a nice place "

"This hotel had lots of charm and was in a really good location for what we needed. We wanted a place where we could walk from the train station without taking the water bus. This hotel was about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a view of one of the many churches in Venice. Our room was spacious with a large bed and a very small bathroom. The shower was broken. The host was very helpful and overall we had a good stay."
