"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"The owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The first room were given on arrival late at night was terrible. It was damp and full of flies. We insisted on a move and this was arranged. That room (612) should not be given to guests! The hotel is not a five star, especially when compared to the standard you get in the far / middle east, US, and other parts of Europe. The staff were very friendly, helpful and tried their best. A few simple changes would make a stay better - eg a golf buggy type of transport...

"The suite was amazing. Very modern, it was new and it showed. very short walk to multiple beaches & the view from the rooftop infinity pool was to die for. If your planning on staying at bali in Crete ( a little seaside village ) I highly recommend this place"

"Food excellent, lots of choices and tasty. Reception staff and other staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and comfortable Entertainment staff good with lots going on day and night Only negative is the cleanliness of the pool. It is murky and green coloured and we had upset stomach after swimming. Perfect hotel otherwise "

"Das Studio war auf dem neuesten Stand, stylisch, tolles Mobiliar, sehr gutes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche, einziger Kritikpunkt sind der fehlende Spiegel über dem Waschbecken und fehlende Haken (ev. wäre eine Hakenleiste an der WC Türe eine Möglichkeit), ich habe immer eine Haken mit Saugnapf mit für alle Fälle. Großer Balkon mit Wahnsinnsblick auf die Bucht. Großes Lob sonst an die Ausstattung! Der kleine integrierte Laden bietet eine gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Top Unterkunft!"

"Nice, clean, and comfortable, with very good service. There is not much we could possibly complain about. I would say the pool, at just over 5m, is more for a splash than for swimming, but for kids this was still perfect. It is walkable to the local seaside village (Bali), but only just, and would not recommend doing so in there heat. Get a car instead, or mybe the local tourist train which had a terminal about 15 mins walk away. Bali village also has good facilities and beaches."

"Well organised and suitable for young parents and children. Testing for older people with any mobility problem as there are many stone steps up an down wherever you go - no lifts! Food plus free soft drinks and beer is a help yourself service in a very large communal restaurant. Three good meals a day although after a while it was good to go to nearby restaurants for an evening meal. A short distance local bus is very useful but there are no regular taxis of any kind and transfers have to be...
