"The hostel is not as listed. The location is different. The address on hotel.com is fake. I found their real location and the place is infested with bed bugs. Rough. Take the listing down, save other poor travelers."

"Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money).
